Walter is an Information Systems Engineer from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. and a solution architect. With solid experience in building large-scale infrastructure and emerging technologies in Latin America, the United States, Germany, France, and Australia. Played leadership roles at TMF Group, Cast Group, Wipro Limited, Petrobras, Farmoquímica and SAP, Prior to founding Inove.

Gustavo is an intrapreneur and entrepreneur, who has developed his career in the corporate world developing large projects in R&D, Corporate Commercial Operations and Corporate Academy for over 30 years in different positions at Scania in LATAM and Europe as well as helping to found and co-found companies. He is an engineer from Universidad del Norte Santo Tomás de Aquino, with an MBA in Business Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, A Life and Executive Coach from EcoSocial and Mentor. Several specializations in Marketing and Human Development are parts of his skills.

Luciana holds a degree in Business Administration (Uni FMU), an MBA from FIAP in IT Management and specializations in Innovation, Design Thinking from Hive Lab, Services Marketing from Senac São Paulo and Project Management from ESPM. Having more 20 years of experience in the Customer Service area, she has held leadership positions in companies such as Ticket Serviços, Teleperformance, Contax , HP and Currently at Edenred Brazil.

Inove was born through a casual meeting between two experts Walter and Gustavo, both were looking forward to bringing efficient solutions to existing challenges in the market at a gym in São Paulo. They shared experiences with each other about the companies they had gone through, discussed the Brazilian IT market that the standard of its service could be improved.

Focusing on an innovative mind, Walter wanted to build something that would exceed customer expectations, with punctuality, transparency, and the best quality.

The idea of ​​creating Inove emerged in this meeting. Thus, the first official meeting between Walter and Gustavo took place, with the participation of Luciana, an excellent business administrator, with the business experience contribution and through joint construction strategies in the process of building the company. Some business methodologies learned in years of experience were used and particularly in an entrepreneurship program, Timiakatemia, at the Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences in Finland.

Thus, recurrent co-construction exercises were carried out, over a period of six months, where the entire concept of Inove emerged: its culture, management, service portfolio, commercial strategy, human resource processes and other aspects that make up the company.

Inove Solutions was found to meet the need of providing complete solution to the customers, in infrastructure, systems and development, looking at the complete IT landscape. These solutions interconnect current technologies at its top, thus promoting strategic IT performance, with a fundamental impact on the development and growth of the business and engagement in digital transformation. In this way, it significantly lowers the costs of operating IT intelligently and increasing its efficiency.
