Packaged offers

Offers with a declared scope, not “project to be defined”

Much of the frustration with consultancy starts in the proposal: open scope, elastic deadlines and a figure that only appears at the end. Inove has packaged four deliveries with fixed scope, a named deliverable and an explicit commercial model — so you can compare before you buy.

The four offers

Each one solves a specific pain and comes from work we already do. None of them is a new catalogue: it is what we deliver, packaged in a way you can actually buy.

Foundation Ready

A fixed-term diagnosis of the foundation — environments, data, access, cost and performance — ending in a prioritised plan with an owner and an order of execution. Model: fixed price by size.

Fair Bill

A review of cloud cost and SAP licensing, with the estimated saving presented before the work starts. Model: a percentage of the proven saving — no gain, no bill.

Life Support

Support with SLA, monitoring and a periodic executive report: someone on call, alerts with an owner and proof of what was done. Model: monthly subscription.

Tax Switchover

Migration from GRC NFE to SAP DRC and preparation for the tax reform, with the exceptions tested and the cutover rehearsed. Model: fixed price by complexity band.

What every offer includes

Scope written before the work starts, a named deliverable, a follow-up routine and a report showing where each figure came from.

What none of them includes

Open hours with no ceiling, scope that grows quietly and reports only IT can read. If the work changes, it changes by a recorded decision.

How an offer becomes a contract

The path is short on purpose. If it takes weeks to find out what something costs, the offer is not really packaged.

  1. 01

    Scoping conversation

One meeting to understand size, environment and what hurts today. It ends with the offer that fits — or with none, if that is the honest answer.

  2. 02

    Fixed proposal

Scope, deliverable, timeline and commercial model in a single document. No annex with an asterisk.

  3. 03

    Supervised delivery

A follow-up routine agreed at the start, with the decision-maker from each side in the room.

  4. 04

    Proof of delivery

A report showing where each figure came from — the same material that serves an audit and the next budget.

Why packaged works better for you

You can compare

A declared scope lets you ask other suppliers for a proposal on the same object — which is exactly what an open proposal prevents.

Lower risk at the start

Fair Bill charges on the proven saving and Foundation Ready has a declared scope and timeline. You can start small.

Budget predictability

A subscription and a fixed price fit the annual budget. Open hours do not — they turn into a recurring approval.

Verifiable delivery

Every offer ends in an artefact: a prioritised plan, a negotiable figure, a periodic report or a switched-over environment.
