Privacy and data protection
Privacy policy for digitally collected data
This privacy policy explains how Inove Solutions collects, uses and protects the personal data you share with us. In addition, it describes your rights and how to manage your consent at any time. This guide is about privacy policy.
Section 1
Information collected and use
This privacy policy explains how Inove Solutions handles your data. When you interact with our company, we collect the personal information you provide to us. For example, this includes your name, email, and address. When you access our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. Therefore, this information helps us learn about your browser, preferences, and operating system.
Moreover, your data will be used to better tailor your browsing experience across our content. It will also be used for email communications such as news, information, offers, and other updates.
You may access the Platform without being registered or logged in. Even so, we may collect data contained in the URL or in our website’s cookies:
- device attributes (model, operating system, browser, anonymous identifier)
- the type of network connection
- information that enables digital rights management.
Section 2
Consent
You may provide personal information such as name, corporate email, and phone number. For example, you do so to request contact, download material, or interact with our emails. In these cases the processing relies on your consent (art. 7, I of the Brazilian LGPD), given at the moment you reach out to us.
Therefore, by accepting the terms of this privacy policy, you expressly agree to provide only true, current, and accurate Data. Likewise, you agree not to misrepresent your identity when accessing and using the Platform and/or the Services. As a result, you will be solely responsible for any false, excessive, or inaccurate information you provide through the Platform. The same applies to any damages, direct or indirect, that this may cause to INOVE SOLUTIONS or to third parties.
Withdrawing consent is simple and can be done at any time. Use the unsubscribe option in the emails we send, write to contato@inovesolutions.com, or use our contact page. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Privacy and data protection
Commercial prospecting (legitimate interest)
Besides the data you give us, we process professional data of people in technology decision-making roles — name, job title, company, and corporate email — in order to introduce our services when there is a fit between what we do and a publicly known project at your organization. We do not process sensitive data or information about your private life for this purpose.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX of the Brazilian LGPD).
Where this data comes from: news articles, interviews, and materials published in trade press, and licensed providers of professional data. We do not scrape publisher websites, event sites, or social networks.
Your right to object. You may object to this processing at any time and without giving a reason, through our opt-out page, the unsubscribe link in any of our messages, or by writing to dpo@inovesolutions.com. Once you object, we stop contacting you and keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we do not reach out again.
How long we keep it: data of contacts who do not respond is deleted within 24 months of the last interaction.
Privacy and data protection
Your rights as a data subject
The Brazilian LGPD (art. 18) grants you, at any time and free of charge: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law; portability; information about whom we share it with; withdrawal of consent; and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, write to our Data Protection Officer, Walter Troncoso: dpo@inovesolutions.com. We respond within 15 days.

How we protect and disclose data
Section 3
Disclosure
However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so. Likewise, the same applies if you violate our Terms of Service.
Section 4
Security
Above all, Inove Solutions is committed to the security of your Data throughout your browsing experience on the Platform. Your Data will therefore be kept strictly confidential. Moreover, it will not be sold or exchanged, except in the cases expressly set out in this privacy policy.
We use the third-party marketing automation tool RD Station, where the data is stored. RD Station is also responsible for the security of your data.
For contact validation and enrichment of professional data we also use Lusha (licensed provider of professional data) and ZeroBounce (email address validation). Both act as processors, handling data only under our instructions and bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
Section 5

However, we reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Therefore, please review it frequently. In addition, changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated. In this way, you are aware of what information we collect and how we use it. Moreover, you know under what circumstances we disclose it. Finally, if our company is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners. In that case, we may continue to sell products to you.
